My name is Ken ********. If you can access westlaw, lexis, loislaw or similar, type in ******** vs. city of Chicago. I have one pending now on them pulling credit reports to find people they say owe parking ticket liability. That's not it. Look for one in '95 or '96 where they booted my brand new (to me) car in front of my apartment where I had parked it, becuase the previous owners had parking tickets. I didn't. I lost my $5500 car to the chitty. I sued, I lost, I appealed, I lost.
